All patients require a GP or Specialist referral for cosmetic, medical and skin cancer procedures with Dr Cronin and Dr Sparks.  If your procedure is medical in nature, all Medicare eligible patients can claim a Medicare rebate for their consult.  A referral from your GP will last up to 12 months, while a referral from another Specialist is valid for three months.

The cost of a cosmetic or medical consultation is $300.  If you have a referral and are Medicare eligible, you will receive a rebate back from Medicare.  Appointments typically range from 30-45 minutes.

The cost for a skin cancer consultation is $180. Your appointment will typically take between 15 to 30 minutes. If you have a doctor’s referral and a Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Unfortunately it is against AHPRA regulations to provide finance for cosmetic surgery.  We understand that managing the financial aspect of a surgical procedure is important for our patients. To provide flexibility, we offer the option to pay for your surgical procedure in instalments, allowing you to plan and manage your payments according to your convenience. We require all surgical fees to be paid in full at least one month prior to your scheduled surgery.

Determining the cost of surgery involves several components, including the surgeon’s fee, hospital admission fees, anaesthetist fees, required medication and surgical devices. Due to the variable nature of these costs, we do not provide pricing information on our website. However, we are more than happy to provide you with an estimate tailored to your specific needs. Simply reach out to our clinic by calling 07 5683 0820 or request a consultation with our patient liaison.

At The Coastal Clinic, we provide exceptional surgical care and patient-centred end-to-end service to our clients on their journey to becoming the most confident, authentic version of themselves.
