We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new, custom-built Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Clinic at 278 Ferry Road, Southport, opening its doors on Tuesday, 7th October 2025! As founders, Drew and Nicole Cronin, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a space that embodies the exceptional standard of care and service our business is known for. This clinic is more than just a building—it’s a reflection of our vision to provide a transformative patient experience in a setting designed specifically for plastic surgery and aesthetics.
Finding the Perfect Location
Our journey began with the search for the ideal location. After much exploration, we found the perfect block at 278 Ferry Road, Southport. The site came with an old house affectionately known as the “Pizza Hut” house due to its distinctive double-peaked roof. This unique property became the foundation for our dream clinic, a blank canvas ready to be transformed into something extraordinary.
Designing with Purpose
From the outset, we were committed to creating a clinic that prioritizes the end-to-end patient experience. Every touchpoint—from the moment you step through the doors to the completion of your visit—has been meticulously planned. We collaborated with local interior designer Donna Guyler, who brought our vision to life with a design brief centred on uniqueness, beauty, and a nod to the coastal lifestyle that defines our brand. Think soft curves, rich textures, and an abundance of greenery to create a welcoming and serene atmosphere with a true “wow” factor.
For the interior, we partnered with Niamh Brennan and her talented team at The Textile Design Studio. Their expertise ensured the clinic feels warm, comfortable, and elevated—perfectly aligning with the premium experience we strive to deliver. Hours of thought and planning went into the functional layout, ensuring seamless flow and a space tailored specifically for plastic surgery and aesthetics. We’ve also included a top-level floor to accommodate future growth, ensuring our clinic evolves with our patients’ needs.
A Journey Through Design and Construction
The design and approval process spanned several years, a testament to our commitment to getting every detail right. During this time, we operated out of temporary locations in Southport and Varsity Lakes, which will permanently close on Thursday, 3rd October 2025. After a thorough tendering process, we chose HNKN Builders for their stellar reputation and professionalism. Construction began in December 2024, and despite challenges like Cyclone Alfred, the team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life with remarkable speed and precision.

From the lush greenery to the carefully curated textures and finishes, we’ve created an environment that feels both luxurious and comforting. Our goal was to craft a space that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
