Dr Drew Cronin is a Queensland trained and fully certified Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS).
Dr Cronin specialises in cosmetic breast, body and facial surgery.
Dr David Sparks

Dr David Sparks is an Australian trained Specialist Plastic Surgeon with a specific interest in skin cancer/melanoma and head and neck surgery including the management of parotid/neck lumps, cancer reconstruction, facial palsy, facial trauma and facial cosmetic surgery. He also has expertise in traumatic and oncological lower limb microsurgical reconstruction for which he has presented research work on an international stage.
Nicole Cronin

Nicole has over a decade of experience within the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics industry. She has completed a Degree in Science and Education as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the University of Queensland, graduating with honours.
Nicole is also Dr Cronin’s wife and they have three gorgeous little children together.

Lisa is the Practice Manager at The Coastal Clinic Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, where she focuses on implementing new technologies and streamlining processes to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience. Lisa adopts a patient-centric approach in her management, ensuring that patient satisfaction is at the forefront of all clinic operations.

As a Registered Nurse with extensive experience from hospital-based settings in intensive care and mixed surgical units, Naomi prides herself on delivering safe, thorough, and optimal nursing care. Having been a patient herself, she brings a genuine element of compassion and understanding to her practice. A favourite part of her job is seeing consistently great post-operative results and supporting patients on their journey to better health and well-being.
Tahlia

Tahlia is a skilled post-operative care surgical nurse. She is committed to supporting patients through their recovery journey, ensuring they regain confidence and embrace their well-being.
With a solid foundation in surgical nursing and patient care, Tahlia specialises in providing comprehensive post-operative support, prioritising each patient’s unique recovery needs and concerns. Her expertise in wound care, pain management, and patient education allows her to deliver personalised care plans that align with the specific requirements of each patient, facilitating a smooth and safe recovery.
Di

Di comes from a military background, having served in the RNZAF for many years, including a couple of years based in Australia. She then pursued a career as a medical typist, gaining experience in various specialties within the public system. Eventually, Di and her family relocated to Australia, where she assumed the role of team leader for an oncology typing team that spanned from Townsville to Tasmania.
In her spare time, Di finds joy in cooking, cherishing moments with her grandchildren, and exploring her creativity.
Tracy

Tracy is one of our client support officers with a background in nursing. In her role as a client support officer, she brings valuable experience from her previous career as a nurse, providing compassionate and dedicated assistance to all patients.
Tracy is known for her excellent communication skills and her ability to handle various front-of-house responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, participates in a variety of sports and loves holidaying.

After graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2005, Samantha completed a Graduate Program in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at John Flynn Private Hospital on the Gold Coast.

Dr Edwina began her career in obstetrics and gynaecology after obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland and also a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the prestigious Bond University. Whilst practicing obstetrics, she became increasingly fascinated with cosmetic medicine and as her anatomical appreciation and skill set developed in this area, so too did she become more empowered on behalf of the patients to grow into this specialty.
